1. About this policy

BuniPlay ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website and provides information about Survival Battleground, published on Google Play under the developer name codehua (Android package: com.codehua.game.pd). This policy covers our handling of information in connection with this website, the game, and support requests.

2. Information collected

The information involved depends on how you interact with the game or website:

• Support information. If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, such as a description of a problem. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
• Advertising and technical information. Google AdMob and its advertising technology may automatically process IP addresses, device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, app interactions, advertising interactions, and diagnostic information. IP addresses may be used to estimate a general location. The data processed depends on device settings, permissions, consent, and the advertising services in use.
• Website requests. Our hosting infrastructure receives information needed to deliver pages, such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. This website does not add analytics scripts, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies.

Not requiring a game account does not mean that advertising services collect no information. See the Google AdMob section for more details.

3. How information is used

Information is used to deliver and maintain the website and game, respond to support requests, display and measure advertisements, diagnose technical issues, and detect fraud or misuse. Advertising providers may process data for their own purposes as described in their policies.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on providing a requested service, legitimate interests such as security and support, compliance with legal obligations, or consent when required for advertising or device identifiers. You may withdraw consent through an available in-app privacy control or contact us for help; withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before it was withdrawn.

4. Advertising and Google AdMob

Survival Battleground uses Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Google may use device and advertising identifiers, IP addresses, interactions, and diagnostics to deliver advertising, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Depending on your region, consent, and settings, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized ads can still involve technical data processing.

You can review advertising and privacy settings on your Android device, including options to reset or delete the advertising ID where supported. Settings vary by Android version. You can also manage Google ad preferences at My Ad Center. Device settings do not necessarily stop all advertising or all data processing.

5. Sharing information

Information may be processed by service providers that help deliver hosting, email support, and advertising. Google’s processing is described in the policies linked above. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, our services, or legal rights.

Following a link to Google Play or another external service takes you to a service with its own privacy practices. Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence. Applicable protections depend on the service provider and the law governing that processing.

6. Retention and security

We keep information under our control only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including resolving support requests and meeting legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed. Google and other service providers apply their own retention practices to data they process.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information under our control. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Send requests about information under our control to 3401200400@qq.com. Include the game name and enough detail for us to understand the request. We may need to verify your identity in a proportionate way before acting. Do not email identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are needed.

Because the game has no login account, we may not be able to associate device-level advertising information with your email address. For information controlled by Google, use Google’s privacy tools or contact Google directly. Uninstalling the game stops its future operation on that device but does not automatically delete information already held by service providers.

8. Children’s privacy

Our game is not directed at children under 13, or under a higher minimum age where applicable law requires one. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact 3401200400@qq.com so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deleting information under our control where required.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or privacy practices change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent for material changes.
